Specifically, Ottley's Plantation (www.ottleys.com). We went several years ago and it was heavenly. The owners are from the U.S. (New Jersey), having bought the place in the late 1980's--they couldn't be lovelier. The inn is located on a former sugar plantation and their property includes rainforest where you can go hiking. We also took a great catamaran ride to Nevis and went snorkeling.
