On Blisters and Bliss, a Philosopher's Notes

Or how to put on your socks properly and why it's so important.

A lovely reminder first thing in the morning :)

I had a great-great uncle who went to work on the farm in the wrong socks for his shoes. He got a blister, which turned into blood poisoning, and he died. Of course, that was in the 1890s, but still, a good life lesson to remember. :)

Julie, just got back from 10 days in Jamaica where I spent most of my time hanging out with... a whole bunch of farmers from Winnipeg!! Near your dad's farm, I think. Great people. But you know that.
