Wow... you ARE having fun. Love the pics... looking forward to the dog show results!!! Take a pic of a Great Dane for me please... I need a visual fix. :-) BB
Half-past, thank you! I feel so much happier when the flowers are budding and the leaves are that intense green. We've had a looong winter.
RP, I have a Nikkor 18-200vr for my D200. It's an all-purpose lens that I like a lot. I'm thinking about getting a macro lens, maybe a 60mm or the 105, which my husband uses in the office, but this one takes some pretty good close-ups so I'll wait.
Btw, my brother-in-law and my cousin just completed the Boston Marathon last week!
A Novel Woman, AKA Pamela Patchet, was unwittingly born and raised in Toronto instead of Paris. She worked her way from A&W carhop to political advisor to advertising executive where, on any given day, she was called upon to soothe disgruntled clients, cajole temperamental artists, juggle multi-million dollar budgets or locate trained penguins for television commercials. She married a handsome dentist for love and a lifetime of free dental care, raised three kids, and established a freelance writing career, not unlike her earlier jobs, minus the penguins.

JUST GORGEOUS!!!
I'm glad you're having so much fun with the camera!
I don't call it "my camera", dear one. I refer to it as "my lover."
My lover and I are heading off to the Botanical Garden. My lover and I are gong to the dog show. Unlike my husband, my lover comes with a manual....

Stunning.
Sometimes..um..."manually"...is quite satisfying. LOL
I was alive and kicking (obviously) before seeing these, but oddly enough, I am now even moreso. Very moving.
What kind of lens are you using on your lover? :o)
I think I need one.
Hey, klasieprof, manuals can be very fulfilling.
